What is Cordex?
What happens if Cordex doesn't know something?
It doesn't make things up. If it can't find a source, it tells you and the question is logged as a gap. That way you know what knowledge is missing and who to ask.
Does it connect to Google Drive, Gmail or Outlook?

Where does it get its information?
From the tools you already use: Google Drive, Gmail, OneDrive and SharePoint, Outlook and Granola. You can also upload PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, Markdown and text files.
Can everyone see all the information?
No. Each answer uses only what that person is allowed to see: what's private, what belongs to their team or what's shared company-wide. What each role can do and what information each person can access are controlled separately.
Is my data mixed with other companies' data?
No. Each company lives in its own database, so your information is never mixed with anyone else's.
How do you document what nobody has written down?
With guided interviews: Cordex asks the person who knows and drafts a document citing what they said. Your team reviews it and, once approved, it becomes a verified document.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
